£52,000 - £60,000pa
About the Role:
Our in house client is seeking a proactive and influential Occupational Health Lead to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be visible, confident, and capable of driving positive changes for health and wellbeing across their sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Occupational Health service.
- Be engaging with stakeholders and suppliers to understand needs and implement improvements.
- Provide clear guidance and communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure high standards.
- Drive the team forward supporting their development, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualified or working towards Occupational Health qualification.
- Qualified Nurse with NMC registration
- Experience in a leadership role within Occupational Health
- Proactive mindset
